Kieroy accepts the return within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be unworn and unused in their original condition/packaging for exchange or credit.
Kieroy cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. As well it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs of their updated purchases.
The customer will be refunded the cost of the return delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty.
Processing a return,
email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following-
-order reference number
-reason for return
-preference of exchange or credit
Do not return before emailing.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within two working days.
Orders are sent during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a second email notifying you that your purchased has been dispatch, including a tracking number.
All Australian orders are shipped express via Australia Post. Shipping is not covered by insurance.
All international orders are sent express via Australia Post. Purchased will be delivered 2 - 4 days after dispatch. Import & duty charges are not included in your purchase.
